Nanoveu’s Senior Team

Dr. David Pevcic is a medical doctor and businessman, with a principal focus on the resources and biotechnology sectors. David is a Director of ASX -listed Battery Age Minerals Limited (ASX:BM8), and the founding director of several privately owned mineral exploration companies which have executed transactions with both ASX and TSX-listed companies.

David holds a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Furthermore, he is the author of multiple academic publications in the field of Neuroscience.

Mr Alfred Chong is the founder of Nanoveu. He has three decades of experience in growing companies and executing trade sales in California and Singapore.

Prior to Nanoveu, Alfred was the Asia Pacific CEO for Atex Media Command, CEO for THISS Technologies Inc and 121View, and CMO at 3D International.

​The Singapore American Business Association named Alfred Entrepreneur of the Year and the San Francisco Chronicle named Alfred as one of the 20 foreign-born high technology visionaries who have helped to make the San Francisco Bay Area the world’s technology centre. Alfred received both his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Naomi Haydari is a CPA qualified accountant with a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Social Science and a Master of Business Administration. Mrs Haydari has over 15 years corporate experience including various accounting and commercial positions with responsibility for the compliance, audit (internal and external), company register and statutory/financial requirements, across multiple industries.

Mr Steven Apedaile has worked in the accounting profession for nearly 30 years, including 7 years with KPMG Hong Kong and 18 years with Horwath Hong Kong. Steven has experience in all facets of international business, corporate finance and forensic accounting services.

​Steven is a founding director and a former managing director of an ASX listed company, a Fellow of the UK Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dr. Michael Winlo has extensive experience in leading high-growth teams across the biotech, pharmaceutical and technology sectors, and is currently the Managing Director of Emyria Limited (ASX:EMD).

Michael is also a Director and former CEO of Linear Clinical Research, a world-class provider of early and late stage pharmaceutical trials.

Prior to this he was the health lead for Palantir Technologies (Silicon Valley), one of the worlds largest big data companies. There, he led deployments for health and government organisations across the US and UK.

Michael has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Western Australia.

Mr Thomas (Tom) Apedaile is our Head of Sales and Marketing based in Perth, Australia. He is responsible for all of Nanoveu’s business activities across all product lines globally.

Tom has nearly 15 years experience in business development within the construction and design industry. Tom also has an excellent understanding of marketing for specific outcomes and coordinates how Nanoveu introduces new products to the world.

Mr. Morteza (Mory) Houshmand leads our Solar business and is based in Singapore. He is also responsible for identifying new businesses that are related to our core technology. Mory is an American licensed professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the energy field. His experience covers designing and building natural gas infrastructures and power plants. He has lead several successful energy start-ups in U.S. and Asia in the renewable energy space such as micro-hydroelectric and solar. Mory is a patent holder in U.S for a novel process for producing automotive quality LNG gas in processing plants. He received his Bachelor of Science in structural engineering from the University of Mississippi and a Masters of Business Administration from Westminster College, Pennsylvania.

Lin Ruifeng (Feng) is our Chief Operations Officer (COO), based in Singapore. He is responsible for Nanoveu’s daily operations. Feng has over 20 years of relevant working experience, of which 10 years in entrepreneurship. Feng’s suitable working experience covers sales, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, regulatory compliance and management.
